Terms and Conditions

Linda’s Dance Shop will only process your personal information as set out in the Linda’s Dance Shop privacy policy.

 

Orders

  • You are automatically agreeing to our terms and conditions when you complete your order.

  • Payment will be taken when the order is processed.

  • You will receive an email confirming your order.

  • Please check all details are correct, including ordered items and address details.  We cannot be held responsible if you have not given us your correct address or email.

  • Your order is subject to stock availability and we may dispatch your items separately.

  • Allow plenty of time when the items are required by a specific date as we cannot be held responsible for late delivery.

  • To place an order through the site you must be 18 years old and have valid card details to a registered bank.

 

Linda’s Dance Shop reserves the right to reject or cancel any orders, in the event of:

  • A product out of stock / discontinued

  • Incorrect address / outside of delivery zone

  • Incorrect billing information

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Errors on the website

  • Force majeure

 

Shoe Orders

Please note that some of our dance shoes come in European or American sizes which we convert into English sizings. The size you ordered may not match the size on the box, but it is the correct converted size. Please try on both shoes to check the fit.

 

Payments

  • We accept payments via Paypal, credit, debit card and payment via a Paypal account are all accepted

  • Payments are subject to verification checks and authorisation by your account/card issuer.

  • If your card issuer refuses payment authorisation, we are unable to complete your order and send you your items.

 

Availability

  • All orders are subject to availability.

  • In the event that an item(s) you have ordered is out of stock, we will place an order with our suppliers and ship it to you as soon as possible, with no additional shipping charges.

  • The available items in your order will be shipped to you as normal.

  • We will contact you to let you know if we are unable to complete your order and will issue a refund for the out of stock item.

  • In the event of a price change with our suppliers, we may find it necessary to adjust our pricing accordingly without notice.

 

Discounts & Promotions

  • Linda’s Dance Shop reserve the right to remove or change any offer, discount or promotion at any time without notice and with immediate effect.

  • All sale or clearance items are subject to stock.

  • Clearance items may not be further reduced by using a discount code of any sort.

 

 

Delivery

 

Delivery charges are applicable as follows:

UK Standard Delivery - £3.95 postage charge

 

 

Linda’s Dance Shop does not guarantee any delivery dates/times and does not accept any liability for late delivery.

 

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, please be aware that some deliveries may take slightly longer than usual. Whilst the majority of deliveries should arrive 7-10 days, we are currently unable to guarantee this service.

  • Please ensure you choose your correct postal location to avoid delays.

  • Shortages/incorrect orders must be notified within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • After this time we do not accept responsibility for replacing these items.

  • Orders not received.  Please notify us of any orders not received within 28 days of dispatch After this time we are unable to help.

 

Please Note – Royal mail does not consider a package lost until after 14 working days has elapsed.

 

Local Click & Collect

  • This service is for our DTA Academy customers only who are able to collect from us during their child’s class time.

  • We will email you to let you know your order is ready to be collected.

  • Print your order confirmation and bring it with you.

  • Click & Collect orders must be paid for online when you place your order and must be collected within 7 days.

Please check before you leave home that your order is ready to be collected

Returns or Exchange

  • We will only accept items for return or exchange that are still in brand new, re-saleable condition with all labels & original packaging intact. Shoe boxes undamaged and unmarked.

  • Products that have been customised with logos, or personalised with names cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded, unless the item is faulty.

  • Items being returned or exchanged must be sent back to us within 21 days of delivery date. We reserve the right to refuse any returns received after that time.

  • We do not accept liability for returned items missing in the postal system.

  • Postal returns - Please complete our returns form (downloadable here) and enclose with your returned item. This returns form must accompany your return item to ensure we have all the details we need to complete your refund.

  • All tights and underwear are classed as hygienic products and cannot be returned if packaging has been unsealed.

  • Please allow up to 28 days for your return refund to be processed.

  • Faulty items – Please notify us immediately in the unlikely event that you have received a faulty item, we will rectify the problem as quickly as we possibly can.

  • Please try on items carefully to check fit before returning them. We are unable to accept any item for return if it is marked or damaged in any way, making it un-saleable.

 

NOTE – No refunds or exchanges will be made after 28 days from your delivery date.
